1. Admissions & Enrollment
Submission of an application form does not automatically guarantee admission. Enrollment is finalized only upon meeting program prerequisites, approval by the admissions board, and clearance of required tuition or registration fees.
2. Fee Policies & Refunds
Tuition fees and administrative charges must be paid in accordance with the official fee structure issued per semester or term. Fee refunds or transfers follow strict institutional timelines outlined during the registration process.
3. Intellectual Property & Portal Conduct
All lecture notes, digital content, logos, and curriculum materials provided via the college platform remain the intellectual property of KISS College. Students agree to use online student portals responsibly and refrain from sharing credentials or distributing copyrighted academic materials.
4. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya. Any institutional disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of local courts.
